Role Required: Administrative Assistant – full time (temp to perm)
Location: 10 High Street, Holywood, Co. Down.
Purpose of the role
To assist in providing administrative support to the Senior Partner and a team of advisers, based in busy Holywood practice.
Skills and knowledge
Ideally be working towards CII Certificate in Financial Planning.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Financial Services Administration
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills
A basic knowledge of pensions, protection and investments would be advantageous
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting advisers in their preparation for meetings, e.g. valuations and other documentation
Preparation of quotes and illustrations
New business tracking, processing and logging
Scanning and saving of client documentation to ensure accurate client data is held
Assisting with Management Information reports – fees / new business / adviser activity
To be a point of contact for clients, providers and advisers
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, and quick to learn. They will have high accuracy levels, and will be able to organise their tasks and prioritise appropriately. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The position may be made permanent for the right candidate, after the initial temporary period.
